You will need:

4oz Butter

4oz Dark Soft Brown Sugar

2 tbsp Golden Syrup

4oz Self Raising Flour

$oz Porridge Oats

Dried Fruit

 

Instructions:

You’ll need a lightly buttered baking sheet.

1. Preheat your oven to 180C / 350F / GM4

2. Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan

3. Add flour and oats and mix well

4. Add dried fruit

5. Form into balls about the size of a table tennis ball, place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly

6. Bake for 12-15minutes until lightly browned
