Dear Parents/ Guardians
We are writing to you about the afterschool activity your child(ren) is part of at The Pearson Centre for Young People.
With regards to pickups from Roundhill School we ask that you notify us at the beginning of the term if your child requires this pickup each week. If there is a week when your child goes home poorly or has something else on, we kindly ask that you inform us before school pickup time so we aren’t waiting on the playground for them.
If your child only wants a pickup on certain days and this is not a regular thing, then please inform us before each day that they require a pickup. If you have not told us your child needs picking up from Roundhill School, they will not be picked up.
Booking on to specific clubs
Cookery, Find Your Art and Discovery: All members need to be booked onto these sessions by midday of the day they wish to attend. This is so we can buy resources for each child attending. These clubs will need to be paid for in advance (by midday on the day they wish to attend). Payment can be done via bank transfer (see bottom of letter for details), cash or cheque at our office (our office opening hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Mon-Fri.)
Athletics, Dodgeball and Youth Gym: Members can turn up to these clubs without prior booking; however they will need to be paid for when signing your child in to the register.
